• SteamID or equivalent unique identifier

• Gameplay statistics for progression and game features

• Moderation logs (e.g., warnings, bans, reports)

You retain ownership of your third-party accounts (e.g., Steam, Discord) but authorize Arctic Networks to access and interact with those services solely to provide functionality within our Services.

• Enabling in-game progression systems

• Server moderation and abuse prevention

2.4 Data Removal Requests

While we do not store personally identifiable information, users may request removal of their stored gameplay data (such as statistics and moderation logs) by contacting support@arcticnetworks.co. Removal of such data may result in a loss of access to in-game features or accounts.

2.5 Data Retention

We retain gameplay and moderation data for as long as necessary to operate our Services and maintain community integrity. This includes enforcing bans and detecting repeated abuse. Data may be retained even after account inactivity or deletion.

3. Rules, Moderation, and Enforcement

3.1 Community Conduct

Users are expected to follow server-specific rules, which may be updated over time. Continued use of a server after rule changes constitutes acceptance of the current version.

These rules can be accessed:

• Via typing /rules in-game

• On the sub-website of the respective game server

3.2 Enforcement Rights

Arctic Networks administrators reserve the right to:

• Kick, mute, ban, or block users

• Restrict voice or chat access

• Revoke privileges or content

These actions may be taken for any reason, typically involving violation of the rules or disruptive behaviour, but may also occur at our sole discretion for community safety.

3.3 Finality of Enforcement

All moderation actions are final. Arctic Networks reserves the right to refuse access to any Services at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation.

3.4 Prohibited Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

• Impersonate staff or other users

• Engage in cheating, scripting, or exploiting bugs

• Post or share illegal, adult, or harmful content

• Advertise other servers or platforms without permission

• Attempt to circumvent bans, mutes, or restrictions

• Use voice services (e.g. Discord/TeamSpeak) to spam, troll, or disrupt

Violations may result in immediate enforcement actions as outlined above.

3.5 Appeals Process

Moderation actions are generally final. While users may request an appeal through official support channels, Arctic Networks is under no obligation to respond, review, or reverse any action unless stated otherwise in specific server policies.

4. Donations, Purchases, and Refund Policy

4.1 Purpose of Donations

Funds are used solely to support:

• Game server hosting

• Custom content and development

• Community events and operations

4.2 Finality of Transactions

All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable.

4.3 Revoked Access

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances if you are banned or otherwise lose access due to rule violations or administrative decisions.

4.4 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback will result in a permanent ban and reporting to relevant payment processors.

4.5 Virtual Goods and Entitlements

Any in-game content, features, perks, or bonuses received from donations or purchases are virtual in nature and do not represent ownership or guarantee of service. Arctic Networks reserves the right to modify or revoke these items at any time without compensation.

4.6 Service Changes

Arctic Networks may add, modify, or remove features, perks, or content without notice. This includes changes that affect previously donated or purchased benefits. No refunds or compensation will be given for such changes.

5. Use of Third-Party Services

5.1 Integrated Platforms

Arctic Networks uses and integrates with external platforms such as:

• Steam

• Discord

• TeamSpeak

• Stripe / PayPal (for payments)

5.2 Platform Terms

By using these platforms, you agree to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

5.3 Moderation Limitations

We attempt to moderate our Discord and TeamSpeak communities, but we cannot guarantee full oversight or assume full responsibility for behaviour on these third-party platforms.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 User-Generated Content

By submitting any content to the platform (text, images, voice, or gameplay content), you grant Arctic Networks a non-exclusive license to use and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

6.2 Ownership of Arctic Networks Materials

All custom scripts, models, textures, systems, server content, and branding are the exclusive property of Arctic Networks or its developers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

6.3 Automated Systems

Arctic Networks may use automated tools, including anti-cheat systems and moderation bots, to maintain the integrity and safety of our Services. These tools may influence moderation actions, game progression, or access. Automated actions may be subject to manual review upon request, but Arctic Networks is not obligated to reverse any automated enforcement.

7. Availability and Service Interruptions

7.1 No Uptime Guarantees

Arctic Networks provides services "as-is" without any guarantees of availability, uptime, or data retention.

7.2 Maintenance and Downtime

Servers may be offline for maintenance, technical upgrades, or emergencies. We strive to provide advance notice when possible.

7.3 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of stats, progression, profiles, or inventory due to bugs, server crashes, resets, or malicious activity.

8. Legal Terms

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal disputes must be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Arctic Networks shall not be liable for:

• Loss of digital items or in-game progress

• Financial losses from donations or purchases

• Service interruptions or errors

• Behaviour of other users, especially on third-party platforms

8.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided "as-is" and without warranties of any kind. You use Arctic Networks at your own risk.

8.4 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Right to Update

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and announce changes where appropriate.

9.2 Continued Use

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.3 Termination of Service

Arctic Networks reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any Services at any time, with or without notice. This includes permanent closure of specific game servers, platforms, or the entire network.

10. Security and User Responsibilities

10.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your linked accounts and login credentials. Arctic Networks is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

10.2 Reporting Vulnerabilities

If you discover a vulnerability or exploit within our Services, you agree to report it immediately to our staff and not to abuse or share the exploit with others.

10.3 Third-Party Tools and Modifications

Use of third-party tools, injectors, cheats, or modifications that alter gameplay or provide unfair advantages is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans.
